Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh arrival (D)

Our tour guide will come to pick you up upon arrival. Then our car will take you to the city and check in at the hotel.

After having dinner at a local restaurant, you will have a free evening to relax and prepare for the upcoming trip.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 2 : Ho Chi Minh half day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnel (B/L/D)

Cu Chi Tunnel, otherwise known as the “Iron Triangle” or “Iron Land” is around 70km far from Ho Chi Minh city. It takes us more than 1 hour driving through the peaceful countryside with rice paddy fields.

We will have a short time to enjoy the introductory video of how the tunnels constructed; and then explore the maze of the tunnels. We also see various mantraps and the remains of an US tank as well as various bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers.

After Cu Chi tunnel tour, we will head back to Ho Chi Minh city for the half day city tour. The highlights of this afternoon are the Independence Palace (the former Presidential Place of the South Vietnam President in the past); the War Remnant museum where we can see so many artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war; the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office – with significant architecture.

Before going back to our hotel, we have short time to visit the Ben Thanh market.

Have dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 3 : Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta My Tho Ben Tre Day Trip (B/L)

Our tour guide will come to pick you up for the Mekong Delta day trip. On the way, you will enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields. 

On arrived at My Tho, we will take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, we will have lunch in the orchard garden.

After lunch, we will take a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.

Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village.

In the late afternoon we will head back to Ho Chi Minh city. You will have a free evening for personal activities.

Day 4 : Ho Chi Minh – flight to Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L/D)

Our diver will pick you for transferring to airport for departure flight to Da Nang in the early morning.

Arrival time: 12:35 pm

Arrive Da Nang, you will be welcomed at the airport and our driver and tour guide will trasnfer you to Hoi An ancient town.

On the way, we will visit Cham MuseumMarble Mountain and have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Arrive Hoi An, you will check in at the hotel. 

In the afternoon, we will walk around to visit Hoi An ancient town, the town with mixed the culture of Vietnam, China and Japan with Chinese tiled houses, Chinese temples, Japanese covered bridge. 

Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5 : Hoi An - private car to Hue – flight to Hanoi (B/L)

Around 8:00 am, after the breakfast, our tour guide and driver will pick you up and trasnfer you to Hue city.

En route, when passing Hai Van Pass, you will see an amazing panoramic view of Vietnam such as: Lang Co Beach, Chan May Bay,..

After having lunch, we will visit the Imperial City of Hue or the Citadel.

Then we will go to visit Thien Mu pagoda – a historic temple in the city of Hue in Vietnam. Its pagoda has seven stories and is the tallest religious building in Vietnam. From here you can see the panorama of Hue city with Huong river flows along.

At the end of this trip, about 4:30 pm our driver will take you straight to the airport, ready for flight to Hanoi.

Arrival time: 07:30 pm

When you arrive in Hanoi, our tour guide will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 6 : Hanoi city tour (B/L)

After having breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will come to pick you up for Hanoi City Tour.

In the morning, we will take you to some must-see places such as: Ho Chi Minh Complex with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh museum and Chua Mot Cot (One Pillar pagoda).

We will also visit Van Mieu (Temple of Literature) – the first university of Vietnam, built in 1070, originally as worshiping Confucius. The temple highlights the importance of education to Vietnamese people from ancient times.

After having lunch, we will go to The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology – which exhibits the specific cultural characteristics of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.

Heading back to the Hanoi Old Quarter. We will visit Ngoc Son temple (Temple of The Jade Mountain) – located on Hoan Kiem Lake.

After visiting those famous places in Hanoi, you will have chance to see the Hanoi Old Quarter by “xích lô” (cyclo). Cyclo riders will take you go around to see this bustling and crowded area with narrow streets – where is home to thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers.

The last activity is enjoying the unique Water Puppet show at Bong Sen theater.

The show starts at 17:00 and ends at 17:50.

You will come back to the hotel, freshen up and free time for leisure.

Day 7 : Hanoi – Halong Bay on cruise (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at hotel, our tour guide comes to pick up at hotel to go to Halong Bay – one of must visit places in Vietnam.

On the way to Quang Ninh province, you will leave behind the hustle of city and enjoy the tranquility of countryside. And you will sure have few shortbreaks on the way.

After almost 4 hours on bus, you will check in at the cruise.

You will be welcomed by the crew and ready to discover the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The cruise will take you deeper into the Bay, passing thousands of islands and islets with various shapes.

The cruise also passes and stop at the floating village that is free from busy traffic, electric lights, houses, shops and buildings.

Our activities this afternoon are kayking, cooking demonstration on cruise, swimming at beach or climbing up to the top of the island to catch the panorama of the Bay – all is up to you.

After a day full of activities, you will have dinner and relax in the evening on cruise.

Day 8 : Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)

You can get up early to join Tai Chi lesson with the sensei – it would make you feel relaxed and comfortable – all you need for the upcoming trip.

After that, you will have a light breakfast then take the small boat to Sung Sot cave (Amazing cave). Back to the cruise then you have our brunch (breakfast/lunch) or À la carte menu is served while cruising back to the pier.

You travel back to Hanoi in the afternoon and have a free evening for relaxing or doing shopping befor come back to your country.

Day 9 : Hanoi departure (B)

After having breakfast and check out at the hotel, our driver will take you the airport, ready for your departure flight.
