From 7:45 am to 8:00 am, our tour guide will come to take you to some must-see places in Hanoi such as: Ho Chi Minh Complex with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh museum and Chua Mot Cot (One Pillar pagoda).
At 10:30, we will go to visit Tran Quoc pagoda – the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, located on a small island near the southeastern shore of Hanoi's West Lake.
We will also visit Van Mieu (Temple of Literature) – the first university of Vietnam, built in 1070, originally as worshiping Confucius. The temple highlights the importance of education to Vietnamese people from ancient times.
Around 1:00 pm, we will have lunch at a restaurant nearby Temple of Literature. It takes just 2 minutes to walk from the Temple.
After one hour for having lunch, we will go to The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology – which exhibits the specific cultural characteristics of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.
At 3:30 pm, we will head back to the Hanoi old Quarter and visit Ngoc Son temple (Temple of The Jade Mountain) – located on Hoan Kiem Lake.
After visiting those famous places in Hanoi, you will have chance to see the Hanoi Old Quarter by “xích lô” (cyclo). Cyclo riders will take you go around to see this bustling and crowded area with narrow streets – where is home to thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers
The last activity is enjoying the unique Water Puppet show – a traditional performance that dates back as far as the 11th century in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam.
The show starts at 17:00 and ends at 17:50.
At 6:00 pm we will drop you off at your hotel and end of services.
